If you have selected the COLLECTION option, your order will be ready 10-15 minutes after you receive your order confirmation. If there are any queries with your order you will be notified in the confirmation email.
On arrival proceed to the collection point through the door on the left.
Press the bell on the far wall.
Let the collection point team know you have arrived and await their instruction.
Delivery
If you have selected the DELIVERY option, orders are picked and packed on the same day the order is placed. If your order was placed before 3:00 PM we will endeavour to dispatch on the same day too.
Depending on your location your goods will be despatched on our own transport, 3rd Party Pallet Network or via a courier. Our service is a 2-4 day service but where possible we will aim for a next day delivery service.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. Stay updated and follow your delivery every step of the way.
