Gummed Paper Tape Machine

The KB Packaging Gummed Tape Dispenser moistens the gummed paper tape and dispenses at a predetermined length to suit your packaging. The immediate moistening of the adhesive before it is applied to a cardboard box creates maximum adhesive strength. The adhesive bonds to the fibres in the cardboard making it impossible to reopen the box once applied.

Gummed Paper Tape Machine guarantees a steady and smooth process during packaging and is suitable for use with normal and reinforced wet gummed paper tape. Some tapes have the adhesive on the inside of the reel and some on the outside of the reel. The BP401 will work with both types up to a width of 70mm.

The electronic functions built into the gummed tape dispenser give the operator full control in setting the correct lengths for your packaging and dispense the gummed paper tape at 30m/min so there is no delay in packing your parcels.
