SECURIPACK SYSTEM

Equipped with the Securipack regulator, the Ripack 2500 retraction gun benefits from the most developed level of safety on this type of tooling. Our Securipack regulator guarantees your safety and constantly monitors the pressure in the gas cylinder and the pressure in your device. The detection of a fault causes the gas to be automatically shut off. In addition, it will automatically detect the pressure in the gas cylinder and can cut off the inlet if it is not correct. Your product is protected from overheating without stress for you or adding a pressure gauge.

Securipack guarantees you a pressure control in your gas pipe automatically cutting off the gas supply in case of pipe breakage. The Ripack 2500 is equipped with the “adjustable” version of the regulator. This function makes it possible to reduce the power on thin films, during handling periods or for tabletop work. For larger projects, work at higher speed, benefit from its power up to 60 kW.

The primary ambition of our development teams is to provide our users with a safe, reliable and easy-to-use device. The Ripack 2500 heat diffuser is unique and allows you to combine these 3 aspects.

The combustion nozzle or heat diffuser is designed not to heat up. Thanks to its patented “cold nozzle” technology, your Ripack 2500 does not heat up and protects you from the risk of burns after using your retraction gun or deterioration of the support on which you place it. Competing products have sometimes chosen housings to keep the hand away from the flame or nozzles with materials or constructions that heat up during intense use.

Reliability comes from this unique construction that also differentiates us from other products on the market. Our internal tests combine height drops on all sides of the product as well as continuous friction to reproduce the life cycle of the product. The uses are numerous, harsh and indoor or outdoor, we must provide you with a reliable product, whatever the conditions of use.

Finally, ease of use is a difficult aspect to achieve when you want to integrate many features. We thought of the simplicity of the Ripack 2500 as a support to our customers. The heat diffuser is an example of this. Combined with its Securipack regulator, it does not heat up and this feature is done automatically. No need to check your pressure gauge constantly, Securipack does it for you.

Our heat diffuser delivers a constant and quality heating width. No heat peak or concentrated heating, our technology is only developed for film shrinkage. We do not develop torches or long-flame tools and concentrate our developments for packaging, for the retraction of your films on pallets.
