It is very important that Ripack guns are kept clean and well maintained to give the best performance and work safely. The first signs of a Ripack gun needing some TLC are the flame becoming irregular and lacking the crisp blue flame and consistent roar.

It is also worth noting that the ignitor is a wear part and will need to be replaced from time to time. The ignition of the gun is dependent on the right mixture of gas and air and a strong spark. If you have a gun that is not igniting it will most likely be an ignitor needs replacing or a blocked/damaged nozzle.
