Ripaflam is used where a strong immediate and adjustable heat is required continuously or alternately (flaming, heating or drying of various parts before treatment or painting, deburring plastic parts, shrinking plastic films, plucking poultry … etc.).

The Ripaflam kit can be installed directly on any existing system (fixed structure, robotic line, conveyor, etc.). The different elements can be positioned according to the needs of implantation.
USAGE
Ripaflam Operation:
The initiation and stopping of the cycle is automatic and easily controllable. The RIPAFLAM® kit can be integrated into any automated process for a large and immediate heat input and adjustable in power. It is powered by natural gas or LPG (cylinder or tank). The device is controlled by an electrical box that manages the ignition, opening and closing of the gas solenoid valve with safe flame control.
