At KB Packaging our dedicated account management team works with customers to ensure their current and future packaging requirements are managed as efficiently as possible.

Supported by our Customer Service team, our Account Mangers work with you to make your packaging experience as smooth running as possible, dealing with any new requirements, advising on new product developments and allowing you to focus on your customers and growing your business.

STOCK MANAGEMENT AND CALL OFF SUPPLIES

Our complete stock management system removes the need to carry large stocks of bulky packaging at your premises. Our service maintains sufficient packaging supplies to meet your production schedules precisely.

We work with you to identify your packaging and shipping requirements over an agreed period (6-month, 9 month or annual basis); agree a price for the period for supply and deliver direct from your stock held at our warehouse as and when you require.

You benefit from knowing you'll always have the right packaging available to meet demand and at a known price, without having to pay for the whole supply up front. And if your call-offs are greater than anticipated we'll always let you know so those essential items can be restocked ahead of time, ensuring you never run low on those packaging essentials.
